These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of intersolarwindowtint.com and any purchase you make from Intersolar® window tint ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Order Acceptance: Placing an order on this site is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel or change an order after it's placed, we'll contact you using the information you provided at checkout.

Pricing and Product Availability: We work to keep pricing and product listings accurate, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing or listing error affecting an order you've placed, we'll reach out before charging or shipping so you can decide how to proceed. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Shipping: Orders ship from our Hallandale, Florida facility to addresses within the United States. Current rates, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders: Shops, installers, and resellers purchasing in bulk through our wholesale program may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of that order. See our Wholesale Window Tint page for details.

Returns and Refunds: If there's a problem with your order, contact us using the information below before sending anything back, and we'll work with you on the best solution for your situation.

Product Use: Our films are sold as products for professional or experienced installation. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or use outside a product's intended purpose.

Intellectual Property: The content on this site, including text, images, and the Intersolar® name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our consent.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intersolar® window tint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
